ISC is eager to welcome a vibrant and energetic Chief Financial Officer to its leadership team. This individual will have a multitude of responsibilities, greatest of which will be financial stewardship for the corporation. The CFO will also assist in strategic planning in partnership with the executive leadership team, exploring and identifying new opportunities for ISC, positively promoting ISC’s brand, and providing full support to other leaders positively affecting change at ISC. Perhaps the most important responsibility the CFO will have, aside from financial stewardship, is providing mentorship and guidance to all ISC employees as needed and ensuring that the corporation continues on the growth trajectory it is on.

The individual who successfully secures this CFO role will have a background rich in business strategy development and execution, project management, financial management skills, and the ability to manage board relations. It is also important that this individual understands the government environment, and how to effectively operate within it to achieve the corporation’s agenda. This individual will be dynamic, energetic, engaging and relatable. They will build strong relationships both internally and externally and better those people working around them.
