Step 2:
Selection
We review the applications submitted to us and select people who meet the requirements of the position for an interview.
If you are not contacted for an interview, we encourage you to continue applying for other positions that fit your background and experience.
Step 3:
Interviews
The interview is your time to shine! We spend time sharing information about the position and company and then ask you questions related to the job requirements. Expect job specific questions and behavioural questions (i.e. communication skills, customer service skills, and team ability). This will give our interviewers a better understanding of your knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Step 4:
Reference Checks
After the interview we will contact your references to confirm your experience and background. This will help us make the final hiring decision.
Step 5:
Offer of Employment
If you are the candidate who best aligns to the position and the corporation, based on the hiring process, we will offer you the position! You can expect a letter of offer from us and before any new employee starts with us they will be required to submit a Criminal Records Check. We will advise you of any other additional items that we require before you get started at ISC.
