Why does ISC care about diversity?

Diversity is about the realization that everyone at ISC is different and that we respect those individual differences. Celebrating, Implementing and Measuring Diversity
At ISC, we established a Diversity and Equity Working Group consisting of employees from diverse backgrounds, and from different areas within the company. This employee led group implements diversity related initiatives and events throughout the company to celebrate diversity and equity. The working group also supports ISC’s partnership with Albert Community School and contributes to ISC’s formal equity partnership agreement with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.
