Administrative

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent. A certificate in office administration and office experience would be considered an asset.
Communications

Requirements: A post secondary degree or diploma in Communications, English or Journalism (a combination of education and experience may be considered.)
Customer Support Team and Customer Service Centres
ISC’s focus is ensuring that we deliver our services in a way that makes it is easy for customers to do business with us. As the primary point of contact for many ISC customers, our Customer Support and Services areas constantly strive for consistent quality service and a positive customer experience through our provision of transaction processing, in-person service, and contact centre support. ISC’s Customer Support Team resides in Regina and our Customer Service Centres are located in Prince Albert, Yorkton, Battlefords, Swift Current, Moose Jaw, Humboldt, Saskatoon, and Regina.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and customer service experience.
Finance
Our Finance Team is a group of skilled professionals who manage all aspects of ISC’s financial planning by providing support for budget and financial forecasting, monitoring cash flows, monitoring performance and advice for executives and managers on accounting and financial issues. Day-to-day finance administration, business unit analysis and decision support, accounting, reporting, and compliance are some areas of concentration for finance professionals at ISC.
Requirements: A certificate or diploma in accounting with one (1) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Human Resources
Our Human Resources Team works to provide strategic advice, services, and administration by contributing to the achievement of the corporate goals and objectives. Team members are responsible for employee relations, organizational development, labour relations, classification, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.
Requirements: A university degree or a diploma relating to the area of HR is needed along with direct working experience in the HR field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Corporate Affairs
As a legal professional, you'll have an opportunity to find challenging work in providing policy and legal expertise through consultation with program developers and representatives. You may draft legal documents, such as statutes and regulations, in support of process designs. Our governance area monitors and influences public policy development to support the strategies and delivery of ISC’s services that best serve the people of Saskatchewan. We also require skilled individuals to support the registry systems maintained and managed at ISC. This includes positions in data entry, database management and business process.
Product Marketing/Customer Services
Our marketing professionals plan and develop strategies central to our long-term success. You can choose from a number of areas in your career at ISC, such as product management, customer relationship management, advertising, and market research and analysis.
Requirements: A post secondary degree or diploma in business administration or a related program, with a focus on marketing, marketing research or business strategy, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also be experienced in conducting research, which including collecting data, analyzing data and reporting findings.
Surveys
Our surveys and group is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Saskatchewan’s legal survey system under the Land Surveys Act 2000. You might find yourself examining and approving new plans of survey, official survey instructions, and information and technical advice relating to surveys and plans.
Requirements: Two year technical survey course or five years experience in the checking and/or preparation of land survey plans or experience in the field as a technologist involved in legal surveys.
