Please note that the personal information contained in our public registries (e.g. Land Registry, Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry) is a matter of public record and, therefore, not subject to the The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Why collect personal information?
ISC collects, maintains and uses the personal information you give us in order to provide our products and services to you, and to administer your account. In most cases this includes mailing address, phone number, and service address, if it is different from the mailing address, as well as credit history, and transaction and account history.
