You can file business information with the Corporate Registry using our online registration website. Some examples include:
- File an Annual Return for a Business Corporation.
- File a Business Name Renewal Notice.
- File a Notice of Change on an existing entity.
Please note: You require a barcode to complete the Annual Return or Business Name Renewal online.

The Login button below will open a new browser and redirect you the Login page for our Corporate Registry online registration website. You will then need to create a login account, but once you do, you will be able to file business information online, as well as:
- Search the Corporate Registry for information on businesses registered in Saskatchewan.
- Request a Name Availability Search and Reservation.
- Incorporate a Saskatchewan Business Corporation.
- Register a Business Name (Sole Proprietor or Partnership).
