SaskGrid Township Fabric Map (2011) accurately integrates key datasets into a standardized provincial grid for land parcel identification and location. It incorporates both the surveyed base data of the southern Township Fabric Map and newly adjusted theoretical northern dataset and is spatially integrated with the cadastral fabric. It provides a common platform to more effectively reference and manage land administration, exploration and development. SaskGrid provides detail to the legal subdivision level (there are 16 legal subdivisions per section) for the entire province. 

This dataset is topologically structured, suitable for use in GIS and CAD systems, and designed to serve as the base for a wide range of applications where a higher level of detail and full provincial coverage is needed. There is also added flexibility with having both the Quarter Section Monument Shape and ASCII files included.
