Land Titles Amendment Regulations, 2009 - Customer Reference Guide
On February 13, 2009 a number of changes were passed to The Land Titles Regulations, 2001. The changes included generally are intended to formalize ISC policy currently in practice, however not codified in the regulations. As well, these amendments will introduce new practices and procedures.

Packet Withdrawal Process
