Writ Registry Search Help

The Writ Registry Search function allows you to search the Saskatchewan Writ Registry for federal and provincial writs of execution affecting land, as well as maintenance orders. The Saskatchewan Writ Registry contains writs of execution against land and all maintenance orders that were previously filed in the General Record of the former land titles offices, at the time the Saskatchewan Writ Registry was introduced. It also contains all writs of execution and maintenance orders that have been filed with the Saskatchewan Writ Registry since June 25, 2001.

The search results you will receive will show both active and inactive writs. Active writs are those that have not been discharged or have not expired. Inactive writs are those that have been discharged or have expired.

Three Writ Search methods are available:
  • Writ Registry Number
  • Land Title Registration
  • Number Debtor Name
