My Account

You need an account registered with ISC to use any of our Online Services (e.g., Quick Search, Map Search, Plan Search, SPPR Lien Search, etc.) or to submit a registration (e.g., Land Registry, Survey Plans, Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry, etc.).

Your account is made up of two important numbers, a Client Number and an Account Number.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your client number and billing account information and passwords should be kept in a secure location, as unauthorized charges against your account could occur if someone fraudulently signs in with your account.

Client Numbers

Client Numbers are unique 9-digit numbers that identify individuals and corporate entities in ISC's online system. Name and address information is associated with Client Numbers. They are required in order to own land, hold interests, sign onto ISC's Online Services website, or conduct transactions with ISC.

Account Numbers

Account Numbers are unique 9-digit numbers that identify billing accounts for any business conducted with ISC, such as searches done on the ISC website, registration work submitted, or output requested by a submitting party.
