By law, the birth of every child in Saskatchewan must be registered with Vital Statistics within 15 days after the birth. Registration is necessary to establish a legal record of the birth and obtain a Birth Certificate. 

Order a Birth Certificate

Birth Certificates can be ordered at any ISC Customer Service Centre, by fax or by mail.
