Review of The Condominium Property Act, 1993 – let your voice be heard

If you own a condominium or are involved in the condominium industry, then this message is for you. 

The Government of Saskatchewan is asking for input into some current issues affecting the condominium community. The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General (with the cooperation of ISC) is reviewing The Condominium Property Act, 1993 in order to introduce amendments into the legislature in the next few years. The Review, available here, contains legislated proposals and options to address a number of issues, such as titled parking units for condominium owners and reserve funds.

The Ministry invites you to review the document and provide feedback on the legislated proposals contained in the paper as well as any suggested solutions to issues identified by August 31, 2011.  You can send your feedback to the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General through any of the following means:
