The Land Titles Registry - issues titles to land and registers transactions affecting titles, including changes of ownership and the registration of interests in land (e.g. mortgages, easements, etc.).  When a parcel of land is purchased in Saskatchewan, a transfer is registered with ISC and a new title is issued. The title shows where the parcel is located, including the owner(s), any interests in the land, the value at the time the title was created, and more. The Registry exists to protect your property rights, to facilitate transactions in land and to provide you with reliable and accessible land ownership information.

The Saskatchewan Judgment Registry – contains all active information pertaining to judgments. This database was previously known as the Saskatchewan Writ Registry. Active records found in the Judgment Registry will relate to judgments. The Judgment Registry also contains judgments that were filed in the General Record of the former land titles offices at the time the Saskatchewan Writ Registry (now called Judgment Registry) was introduced in June 25, 2001.

Land Surveys Directory - records legal survey measurements and survey monument information for the province of Saskatchewan. ISC is the custodian of the Provincial Land Survey System that defines the boundaries for land ownership in Saskatchewan. Survey plans are filed in the Land Surveys Directory and provide the unique identification and description of land parcels for the Land Registry. The survey monuments as represented by the plan of survey define the legal boundaries of every surface and mineral parcel in the province, helping to protect your rights as a property owner.

Personal Property Registry - is a public registry in which interests in movable types of personal property – such as cars, snowmobiles and boats – may be registered. A quick search of the registry for outstanding liens will protect you from buying someone else’s debt. If the debt goes unpaid, a secured party or creditor may seize the property from you to settle the debt.

The Corporate Registry - maintains a record of every business that operates in Saskatchewan, including the name of the business, its owners or directors, the address information and more. When a new company is formed in the province it must be registered with ISC and changes to the business, including amalgamations, address and director changes and dissolutions, are recorded in the Corporate Registry. Business corporations and non-profits are required to incorporate with the Corporate Registry. The Corporate Registry also maintains a registry of business names you can search to ensure no other business has an identical or very similar name prior to registering your business name. This helps to protect your business name from competitors.
