Application for Judgment Registration - Instructions

Use the Application for Judgment Registration in the process of registering a judgment as an interest on specified parcel(s), title(s), interest number(s) and/or share number(s). Before this application can be submitted, the judgment must be registered in the Judgment Registry through the Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry.

Completing the Application for Judgment Registration

Application sequence number -  Enter the numeric order in which this application should be processed.
Judgment Registry Number - Enter the Judgment Registry number, which you can find on the personal property verification statement or through a Judgment Registry search at www.isc.ca.

Attach Interest Based on Judgment to:

Parcel number - This can be used when the judgment affects all the titles in the parcel. You can find the number on the title print or through a land registry search.
Note:  The parcel number should not be used if the parcel has multiple titles owned by different owners and not all of the titles are affected by the judgment.  If you use the parcel number in this situation, titles not owned by the debtor may have the judgment improperly registered against them.
Title number - This identifies the title against which the judgment will be registered. This can be used when only some of the titles in a parcel are affected. You can find the title number on the title print or through a land registry search.
Interest number - This identifies the interest(s) against which to register.  You can find the interest number on the title print, on the original interest registration notice or through a land registry search.
Share number - This identifies the portion of the interest against which to register the judgment. You can find the share number on the title print, on the original interest registration notice or through a land registry search.

Submission

Send your completed Application for Judgement Registration together with the Packet Cover page.  If you have other submissions within the packet you may need to utilize the Begin Attachment Sheet.
