Change of Address / Method of Delivery - Instructions

Use this application to change the address or method of delivery for Information Services Corporation (ISC) correspondence for a Client Number.

Note: This form cannot be used to change the mailing address for Corporate Registry Client Numbers. To change the mailing address of a Corporate Registry Client Number please contact the Corporate Registry at 1-866-275-4721.

Note: ISC requires an affidavit to change the address or method of delivery for all trust, loan, and financing corporations, banks, credit unions, and insurance institution client numbers within the Land Registry. Please include a completed Financial Institution - Affidavit for Change of Address/Method of Delivery with this Application.

Completing the Change of Address Application

Section A – Client Information
Enter the Client Number that the change of address or method of delivery is being requested for.

Enter Existing Client Name exactly as it currently is in the Land Registry for the above Client Number. This number can be found on the Title Print, or through a Land Registry Search.

Make sure the name corresponds with the Client Number; if the name and number do not match those in the database, the application will be rejected.

Section B – Change Method of Delivery
If you do not wish to change the method of delivery from ISC, please skip to Section C.
Indicate your new preferred method of correspondence from ISC. For notifications generated by the LAND System, e-mail is the most efficient and economical method of delivery.

If you select email as your preferred method of correspondence, please provide the email address that you wish to have your notifications sent.

Section C – Change of Address
Complete the change of address information in full.

This is the address that will appear on any interests or titles for this Client Number.

Note: For Client Numbers created through conversion and those created through packets the default method of delivery is by Canada Post to the mailing address.

Section D – Submitting Party Information
Provide the contact name, phone number, fax number or email for the person to contact if any questions arise in reviewing the application or to inform that the request has been completed.

Section E – Signature
The application must be signed and dated by the person associated with the Client Number or if the Client Number is for a Corporation it must be signed by an authorized Corporate Signing Officer.

Other persons who may sign on behalf of the client are:
  • A lawyer as solicitor and agent for their client
  • A legally appointed Alternate such as:
    • Personal Representative
    • Public Guardian and Trustee
    • Property Guardian
    • Property Co-Decision Maker
    • Power of Attorney
    • Liquidator

If an individual other than the client for the Client Number is signing the Application, they must indicate their authority as one of the above. They must include proof of their authority with this application such as providing the Power of Attorney, Letters Probate or Court Order.
