New Client Application - Instructions

Use the New Client Application to register as a client of Information Services Corporation (ISC). You will need to be a client to obtain the full benefits of the Land Titles Automated Network Delivery System (LAND System). As a client, you will be able to use an ISC Account to charge the costs for services you obtain as a client. You must establish your own Account (see the Account Application and Instructions), then you may utilize one or more other Accounts established by your organization. If you or your organization would like to establish credit with ISC, a Credit Application must be completed. You can apply for a Client Number, an Account Number and a credit limit all at the same time. The Credit Application can be submitted in conjunction with the previous two applications, or it can be submitted at a later date.

Once ISC e-Business Services has processed your applications, a Client Number and Account Number will be sent to you. Please use this information when submitting requests for service or payments to ISC. If you complete a Credit Application, you will be notified of your credit limit.

**Note: For security purposes, notification of new Client Numbers created with new account and/or credit information will be sent directly to the client by Canada Post.

Your Client Number can be used for services at the Customer Services Centres or on the ISC website www.isc.ca. When you use your Client Number on the website you will be asked to create a username and password. When submitting a request for services you will need to supply your Client Number, your Account Number and its password.

**Note: If you wish to amend your client information please submit a Change of Address/Method of Delivery Application.

Person Name – If a person name, please fill in the Person Name fields (last name, first name, second name, etc.). If you have more names than the space provided allows for, please include additional names in the Third Name field.

Enter the appropriate Generational Indicator, if applicable.
This is used if this is part of your legal birth name or to distinguish between two individuals with identical names.

Note: Senior is not an indication of being a senior citizen because of age.

Example: three men in a family such as a grandfather, father and son all have the same name John William Smith, so they indicate John William Smith I, John William Smith II, and John William Smith III.
