ISC measures Processing Times in terms of Business Days, not Calendar Days.
Land Registry Transactions
The turnaround time target for examining standard Land Registry transactions is 2.5 business days, with 98% of transactions processed within 4 business days.
This measure is designed to be a guideline in anticipating today's forecasted Processing Times and is generally updated once each business day. It is a calculation using outstanding packets volumes (with a review of the oldest packets that are still pending) along with the packet processing volumes.
For the most part, Processing Times are for "Standard" Land Registry transactions. This measure does not include Processing Times for Plan Examinations. There are a number of other, more complex transactions that are not included in the Processing Times calculation and may take longer.
