My OLS Docs

Once a document is listed in the "Uploaded Documents" list, it can be added to the "My OLS Docs" area for future re-use. 

Method - Add to "MY OLS Docs" List

  1. Click the checkbox beside the appropriate file and click the "Add to My OLS Docs" button. Upon successful addition to the "My OLS Docs" list, the screen will refresh and an informational message will inform you of this.

Method - Add from "My OLS Docs" List



  • From the "Manage Authorizations & Attachments" section click the "Add from OLS Docs" button. The system opens a new window which contains all of the documents contained within your "My OLS Docs" list.

  • Select the appropriate document you wish to add to the uploaded document list in the "Manage Authorization & Attachments" section and click the "Add to Packet List" button. Upon successful addition to the packet list an informational message will be displayed.
  • Once you have added all required documents from the "My OLS Docs" list, click the "Done" button. The system closes the window, the OLS screen will refresh and the selected document(s) will now be displayed in the "Packet List".
