Identifying Title Value

Enter the fair market value of the title, rounded down to the nearest dollar.  This value must be consistent with the information in the Affidavit of Value.

Each newly created title in the LAND System must contain a New Title Value.  Keep in mind that this is the value of the title in question, not necessarily the parcel.  For example, if a parcel is owned by two tenants in common, each tenant in common will have their own title.  The value of each title should reflect that title's share in the parcel.  In this example, the sum of these two title values should be equal to the value of the parcel in question.
