The Packets section displays a list of the packets that a client has submitted to ISC for processing.  If no packets have been submitted, a zero will display in parentheses to the right of the Packets heading.  
 

 

1. If you are in the Client Detail screen, expand the Packets section by selecting the Expand icon [+] located next to the Packets heading. 
   • A list of packets will display.
     • From this screen, you can view the packet number and type.
   • A maximum of 300 Packet results will be returned, even though more Packet results may exist.  If Packet results are incomplete, the exact number of results returned will be displayed in parenthesis along with an asterisk indicating an incomplete results set.  To obtain a complete Packet results list, please contact us to make a request for bulk data.
2. You can link to the Packet Detail screen by selecting the Document icon located next to the packet of interest.
   
3. If you are in the Packet Detail screen, you can access specific information related to the packet by selecting the Expand icon  located next to the Requests heading. 
   • The application sequence number, type, and application number will display.
     
4. From the Packet Detail screen you can:
   • View an image of the request or the attachment(s) submitted in the packet by selecting the appropriate View Image icon 
   • Link to information regarding the titles and interests that the packet affects by selecting the Expand icon [+] located next to the appropriate heading. 
     •  Selecting the Document icon   located next to the Client heading will take you to the Client Detail screen.
