The Interests section provides information pertaining to specific interests that are associated with the interest register number being searched. If there are no interests, a zero will display in parentheses to the right of the Interests heading.
- Expand the Interests section of the Interest Register Detail by selecting the Expand icon [+] located next to the Interests heading.
- All interests associated with this interest register number will display.
- From this section, you can view the interest number, type, and, if applicable, dominant tenement or benefiting party information, registration date, parcel number, assignment date, interest scheduled expiry date, and holder(s).
- You can also link to additional information regarding the parcel and holder(s) with which the interest is associated.
- You can access information related to the holder(s) by selecting the Document icon located next to the Holder(s) heading.
- This will link to the Client Detail screen.
- You can access information pertaining to the parcel that the interest affects in one of two ways:
- Select the Document icon located next to the interest number.
- This will link to the Parcel Detail screen with the Titles and Interests sections already opened. A fee applies, as indicated by the Fee icon ($) beside the Document icon.
- Select the Document icon located next to the Parcel number.
- This will link to the Parcel Detail screen without the Titles and Interests sections already opened. No fee applies, as indicated by no Fee icon ($) beside the Parcel icon.
NOTE: Whenever the Fee icon ($) displays next to an icon or button, a fee may be charged for selecting that icon or button. You can determine the amount of the fee (if any) by selecting the Fee icon ($) located next to the icon or button that you wish to select. If no Fee icon displays, no fee will be incurred for selecting an icon or button.
