My Profile

How do you create an account?
To create an account, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate Plan Submissions Online and select the “Sign Up” button.
  2. Enter the required information and select create profile.
    • Note: email is the only means in which Plan Submissions Online communicates with you.  The email accounts you select to receive notices and messages can be different than any default delivery used to receive output from ISC since the email supplied for Plan Submissions Online is completely separate from other output from ISC. Request Acknowledgement Notices, Transform Approval Certificates, etc. will be sent by ISC based on your ISC Client default delivery method and not the email provided in Plan Submissions Online.
  3. An email will be sent to the primary email address for validation.
  4. Click on the “Finish Account Creation” in the email and your account will be activated.
  5. Users can add their ISC Account number and ISC Client number using the My Profile tab, after account creation.  This is optional and can be entered or changed when submitting each plan.

Can anyone create an account with Plan Submissions Online?
Yes. Accounts can be created by anyone but only those users with a valid ISC Client number, ISC Account number and ISC Account password can submit requests to ISC.

Does the surveyor who certifies the plan need to be the one logged in to Plan Submissions Online?
No. The registered surveyor is ultimately responsible for documents prepared for approval by ISC but he/she may choose to designate the task of submitting plans through Plan Submissions Online to his team.

How do you retrieve a password?
If you forget your password, it can be reset using the “Forgot your password” link off the Plan Submissions Online home page.

Note: Passwords must meet the following conditions: 8 to 16 characters consisting of at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one of the following four special characters !@$*

How do you edit an email address?
On your My Profile tab, there is an Edit profile button which allows the user to edit their email, password, ISC Account number, ISC Client number and secondary email.

What is the purpose of the secondary email addresses?
The secondary email can be used for those submitting plans on behalf of someone else within the firm. For example, a draftsperson might submit on behalf of the land surveyor. In this case the land surveyor would be the secondary email address of the draftspersons account to receive an email for Plan Submissions Online Plan Validation only.  Please note that these email addresses may be different than the default delivery set up for your ISC Client Account.  Output such as a Request Acknowledgement Notice, Transform Approval Certificate, etc, will be sent by ISC based on your ISC Client default delivery method.  For any changes to your ISC Client or Account number refer to the ISC website.  Change your ISC Client or Account number

How long will my account be retained?
Actively used accounts are not deleted. Accounts that remain inactive for over 2 years will be disabled.

Do I need to use a specific browser?
Plan Submissions Online supports all major client browsers. There are slight differences in the visual display between browsers particularly if you are using older versions. The minimum recommendations for browsers are IE v9, Firefox v20, Chrome v27.

When will Plan Submissions Online be available?
Plan Submissions Online will be available for use 24/7 with intermittent maintenance periods.

Will my session time-out?
