Submit

Where is the Submit button?
The submit button becomes available at the bottom of the request form when all required fields are input and CAD file checks are successful or warnings acknowledged.  This includes the ‘Approve’ button on the Map Check and Warnings accepted in the Extract and Validate results page.  A save should be performed when everything is in order and the Submit button will appear.

Messages will take the place of the submit button at the bottom of the page to help complete any outstanding problems.  Also mouse over the wheel in the top right corner to show a tooltip explaining what needs to be done.

When is my Plan submitted?
The submit button will bring up the Account Validation window.  To submit a Plan through Plan Submissions Online the user must have a valid ISC Client Number, ISC Account Number and Account password.  If you don't have one sign up for an ISC billing account.

Once this is completed the submission package will be sent to ISC for plan processing and locked from edits.  The “My Plans” tab will now display the date submitted and the Packet Number for your submission.

The “Submit” button will not activate. What should I do?
Messages are provided below the “Save” and “Cancel” button to inform the user of missing information that will prevent a “Submit”.

How long will my request stay available on the My Plans tab?
Requests that have not been submitted to ISC (work in progress plans) and that are inactive for over 3 years will be archived from the My Plans tab. Packages submitted to ISC for plan processing will be available to view on the My Plans tab for 5 years after successful submission.
