Change Method of Delivery to Email

As part of our commitment to the environment, ISC encourages the use of online submissions and email notifications.

NOTE: There is no need for Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry (SPPR) customers to change their delivery method to email as SPPR customers already receive their search results and verification statements as PDFs which are automatically generated within their My Workspace / Output List area.

ISC Notifications

  • If you would like to receive your ISC notifications (with the exception being Account Statements and Corporate Registry notifications) via email, please complete the Change of Address / Method of Delivery application and send it to Information Services Corporation by one of the following methods:
    • Email: e-BSC@isc.ca
    • Fax: (306) 798-1399
    • Mail: ISC e-Business, 1301 1st Avenue, Regina, SK S4R 8H2

ISC Account Statements

  • If you would like to receive your ISC Account Statements via email:
  1. Fill-out and submit this online form.

    -OR-
     
  2. Complete the Account Application form by selecting ‘Email’ within Section C - Method of Delivery and providing a valid email address where you would like Account Statements sent.  Please ensure that you include your Account Number in the top right-hand corner of the form.  Send the completed form to Information Services Corporation by one of the following methods:

    • Mail: ISC e-Business, 1301 1st Avenue, Regina, SK S4R 8H2

NOTE: The online and Account Application forms ONLY apply to Account Statements. 

Corporate Registry

Corporate Registry annual returns or business name renewal notifications are available via email.  Receiving your notices via email not only helps save paper, it saves you from waiting for the post to be delivered. 

Corporate Registry Application (Online)
  • Login to the Corporate Registry application
    • Select ‘file’. 
  • Enter your entity number in the ‘update entity’ field. 
    • Click on your entity name that displays. 
    • Select address change option appropriate for the entity type you entered.  
  • Add the email address where you wish to receive your annual return or renewal.
  • Complete navigating through the application and submit. 
    • The summary screen within the application will provide an overview of your email address change. All changes are available to view by selecting ‘My Activity” in the top task bar and then selecting “Submissions.”
