Signing-in to the SPPR Application

You will sign-in to the SPPR Application from the ISC website: www.isc.ca. You can sign-in one of two ways.
  1. Using the Primary Client’s information, or
  2. Using the individual User information.

Signing-In Under the Primary Client

You can sign-in using the Primary Client information. Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • The user name and password is upper and lower case sensitive.
  • Remember to use the Primary Client # (the Primary Account Holder’s Client Number).
  • The Account Number and the Account Password are not required to sign-in.
  • Searching Party and/or Registrant areas within the SPPR Application will automatically be populated with the Primary Client information.
  • You will be able to see financial transaction via the internet under My Account.

Signing-In Under User

Here are some things to keep in mind when signing-in as a User Client:

  • The User name and password is upper and lower case sensitive.
  • Remember to use the Client # that is assigned to the User.
  • The Account Number and Account Password are required when signing-in.
  • Searching Party and/or Registrant areas within the SPPR Application will automatically be populated with the Primary Client information.
  • Will not be able to see financial transactions via the Internet under My Account.
  • Will only be able to see the RINs, Drafts and Output of your transactions unless you have been delegated access to other users using the Access List functionality.
