ISC and Ontario’s Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks have partnered to deliver a new digital records system as part of the province’s Modernization of Property Information Program. The initiative will digitize millions of legacy environmental property records and provide 24/7 self-service access through a secure online portal.
Under a nine-year term, ISC will lead the system’s design, development and operations, including privacy frameworks, testing and ongoing support. The new portal is expected to significantly reduce wait times for property-related information requests, improve access to data on soil, water and contamination, and support land development across Ontario.
