As COVID-19 continues to affect communities around the world, we are monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis for potential impacts to our Saskatchewan registries business.

Through our business continuity plan, we have pandemic response procedures in place to help us prepare for the impacts of COVID-19 and continue to serve our customers.

While we remain committed to ongoing service and support, we are also committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and our customers.  In addition to following government guidelines to keep our working areas safe, we have mobilized a COVID-19 response team, we have an internal awareness campaign with preparation and prevention information, we are cancelling large in-person gatherings of people and we have implemented travel restrictions. 

At this time, in-person counter service remains available, however, we strongly recommend that customers use our online services or telephone customer support. Please be advised that our service may be impacted in the event of an escalation in COVID-19 related public health concerns.
