Registry Services Updates

On Wednesday, December 7, 2016, ISC experienced a technology disruption that affected the availability of our services and support.

We are pleased to report that all Saskatchewan Registries have resumed operations and all registry services are available to customers.

Registry Services Update

Tuesday, December 13, 2016 – 5:00 p.m.
ISC is pleased to provide a further update. As of close of business today, the Company and statutory officials with the Ministry of Justice made substantial progress with their efforts concerning the orderly resumption of registry services. ISC is currently preparing to commence the sequence of steps required to resume operations. Recommencement of registry services remains our top priority.

The Company will continue to provide regular updates.

Monday, December 12, 2016 – 10:12 p.m.

The Company and statutory officials with the Ministry of Justice are diligently continuing their efforts to ensure the orderly resumption of registry services as soon as possible. We recognize and appreciate the inconvenience that this disruption has caused, and understand the needs of our customers to be able to transact their business. We want to assure you that recommencement of services is our top priority.

The Company will provide another update tomorrow.


Registry Services Update
Monday, December 12, 2016 – 11:00 a.m.

Further to our update of Friday, December 9, ISC is pleased to report that the Saskatchewan Registry technology systems restored last week have demonstrated stability and data integrity.

Over the course of the weekend, ISC has worked in collaboration with the Controller of Surveys, Registrar of Titles, Registrar of Personal Property Security, Director of Corporations and Registrar of Co-operatives with the Ministry of Justice (the “statutory officials”) to prepare for the orderly resumption of registry services at the earliest opportunity.

The Company and statutory officials are committed to ensuring that the plan for return to normal operations gives effect to the important inter-relationships between the registries and honours the purpose and intent of the registries.

The Company will provide another update later today.


Registry Services Update
Friday, December 9, 2016 – 11:59 p.m.

On Wednesday, December 7, ISC experienced a broad technology service disruption affecting the availability of Saskatchewan registry services and support. This outage was not isolated to ISC.

We understand it has also impacted other clients of our technology service provider. ISC has been working diligently with our technology partners to resolve this disruption and restore access to Saskatchewan’s registry services as soon as possible.

ISC is also actively collaborating with the Controller of Surveys, Registrar of Titles, Registrar of Personal Property Security, Director of Corporations and Registrar of Co-operatives with the Ministry of Justice respecting this service disruption and resumption of registry services.

As at the time of this notice, systems have been restored and, prior to any resumption of registry services, are being tested and monitored for stability.

We will provide an update with respect to the resumption of registry services at 11:00 am on Monday, December 12, 2016.
