End Registration of a New West Partnership or Extra-provincial Co-operative

Cancel an Extra-provincial Co-operative

If you are from a province not included in the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), you may cancel your extra-provincial co-operative online via the Corporate Registry application or using forms.

If you are a Saskatchewan co-operative registered extra-provincially in a province not included in the NWPTA, you must visit the registry in the province where you are registered extra-provincially to cancel your registration.

New West Partnership

The NWPTA reduces barriers to trade, investment, and labour movement in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba.  The agreement impacts processes and fees for extra-provincial businesses in the western provinces.

The Saskatchewan Corporate Registry will facilitate changes for your Saskatchewan co-operative registered in Alberta, British Columbia, or Manitoba.
