This service addresses those parcel pictures that are currently not available for online viewing. Parcel Picture on Demand provides customers the opportunity to receive Mineral or Surface Parcel Pictures*, including the GIS calculated acreage, in a timeframe that fits their own individual needs. 

This service also gives you the control to choose the specific geography of interest; you have the option to request Parcel Picture for specific parcels or entire ¼ sections.

Parcel Picture on Demand is available with three standard delivery times: 

• Regular: 30 working days 
• Express: 10 working days 
• Priority: Request will secure a dedicated ISC resource to deliver Parcel Pictures as quickly as they can be delivered.

NOTE: ISC will use reasonable efforts to meet the service timelines indicated. The demand for Parcel Picture on Demand is unpredictable; as well, the time necessary to complete an historical search depends on the number and complexity of the parcels and titles involved.

Additional information:

• Customization must be applied if the 1/4 section requested is subdivided with an access road.
• Quarter section rates apply for 1/4 sections of up to and including 3 parcels.
