System Requirements

Important: Customers that did not have a deposit account and paid by credit card in the former system will need to sign up for a new account. Click Login, then Sign Up to start this process.

Search - Find Information on an Existing Business

Search the Corporate Registry application for information about legal entities, businesses and non-profit organizations registered in Saskatchewan. Register a Business or Incorporate

Corporate Registry maintains information for all legal entities, businesses and non-profit organizations registered with the province of Saskatchewan.

You may choose to register your business with Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, you will automatically be registered for a Federal Business Number with Canada Revenue Agency. To find out more about the Canada Revenue Agency Business Number click here.

You may also choose to amalgamate your corporation with another through the Corporate Registry.

Maintain or Change your Business Information

Maintain your business information, file annual returns or amend an existing corporation easily through our online system.

End or Restart your Business

If you no longer wish to have a registered or incorporated business, you may use our online system to end your business.
