Judgment Registry Form Bundle

Use this forms bundle when registering your judgment in the Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry for the goods side of the judgment. This bundle will also include forms to register your judgment in the Land Registry against land. The submission is a three step process. (use these forms to register your interest in both SPPR and Land Registry).

Want the sheriff to enforce the Judgment?

To proceed with the enforcement of the Judgment you must complete an Enforcement Instruction Form.  This form can be found in the Enforcement of Money Judgments Regulations Form G. 
You will need to obtain search results from ISC depending your situation.
