Searching in the Judgment Registry

The Judgment Registry Search function allows you to search the Judgment Registry for active judgments affecting goods and lands.  The search can be completed by debtor name (firm and/or family) or registration number (Judgment Registry and/or Land Titles #).  You can access the Judgment Registry Search help page if you require assistance.

Registering in the Judgment Registry

The Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry (SPPR) is utilized to register your judgment in the Judgment Registry. By registering your judgment you will have the ability to take advantage of the auto and request attach feature of the land registry.  Approved customers can register the judgment online or can complete a staff assisted financing statement.  The Judgment Registry Form Bundle page can assist you with registering the judgment in both SPPR and Land Registry.
