2026 marks the first anniversary of ISC Impact, ISC’s community investment initiative focused on strengthening the communities where we live and work. In its first year, ISC Impact successfully brought together employees, partners and resources to create meaningful and lasting change.
Last year, ISC:
Launched ISC’s volunteer time off program, enabling employees to give back through both corporate-sponsored and employee-led opportunities — with employees contributing 333 volunteer hours in communities across our locations in Canada and Ireland.
Expanded ISC’s employee matching program, matching charitable donations and/or volunteer hours up to $500/€308 per employee, resulting in $3,400/€2,100 in additional support for causes important to our people.
Continued to grow community partnerships, including the renewed collaboration with the MacKenzie Art Gallery through Sharing the MacKenzie — helping reduce financial, physical and geographical barriers to accessing art and programming. In partnership with the Neil Squire Society, ISC also supported 20 schools with educational toolkits for children with learning disabilities.
Raised $36,300/€22,422 through annual campaigns to support food security in Canada and Ireland and help make the holiday season brighter for vulnerable communities. ISC further strengthened these efforts with an additional $60,000/€37,602 in contributions.
Funded a wide range of regional programs in Canada and Ireland, including mental health services, LGBTQIA+ organizations, Indigenous art initiatives, fire relief efforts, hospital foundations, women’s workforce and entrepreneurial programs, girls in science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) initiatives and youth empowerment projects.
Guided by a belief in collective impact, ISC Impact reflects our commitment to building stronger, more inclusive communities, today and into the future.
