Leadership
Shawn B. Peters
CPA, CA, ICD.D
President and Chief Executive Officer
Shawn Peters joined ISC in 2012 as Vice President, Finance & Technology and Chief Financial Officer and was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He provides strategic direction and leadership for the company, with a strong focus on driving growth, creating value for customers and building diverse, high-performing teams.
A forward-thinking, energetic leader, Mr. Peters is committed to delivering on ISC’s strategic priorities and ambitious growth objectives, focusing on future-proofing the organization through improved efficiencies, technology transformation and exploration of new business opportunities.
As an experienced senior level executive, Mr. Peters was most recently Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer at ISC where he was also responsible for leading the Company’s M&A activities which has resulted in over $150 million in acquisitions since 2015. Prior to this, he spent several years with Group Medical Services, where he served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Peters holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. He also holds the ICD.D designation having achieved the Professional Director certification through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Robert (Bob) Antochow
CPA, CA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Antochow joined ISC in 2016 as Senior Director, Finance and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2022. He provides executive leadership with responsibility for all financial operations and oversight, including accounting, corporate administration, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury and taxation. He is also responsible for all internal audit functions of the company.
Mr. Antochow is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years’ experience working in large, publicly traded companies in Western Canada and Europe, including Viterra and Bayer CropScience, SA. In addition to leading the finance and administrative functions across ISC, he has been responsible for the delivery of key initiatives including the implementation of scalable enterprise financial reporting systems to support the organization’s continuous growth.
Mr. Antochow holds a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Todd Antill
Vice-President, Registry Operations
Todd Antill was appointed Vice-President, Registry Operations in May 2024. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of ISC’s Registry Operations segment. This includes the execution of a registry enhancement plan that leverages ISC experience to offer industry leading technology, security and user experience.
Before joining ISC Todd spent the last several years in senior roles with Nutrien. As part of the Nutrien IDS (IT) Global Leadership Team, he was responsible for developing the strategic vision for IT services across Nutrien’s expansive fleet of Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potash facilities throughout North America and Trinidad and Tobago. He also represented IT on the Executive Leadership Teams for both Potash and Nitrogen & Phosphate.
Todd has previous experience in registries and has worked across numerous business sectors including Mining, Industrial Manufacturing, Registry Services, Finance, Crown corporations (Utilities & Telecommunications) as well as Provincial and Federal Government Departments.
Jeffrey Fallowfield
President, ESC Corporate Services Ltd.
Jeff Fallowfield was appointed President of ESC Corporate Services in 2024. As President, Jeff’s expertise leverages ESC’s best-in-class products and solutions and customer service to facilitate ongoing organic growth, maintain operational stability and support process improvements that ensure ESC’s continued success across markets and industries.
With over three decades of leadership and industry experience — including as ESC’s former Chief Operating Officer, eight years as the President, Corporate Development at LGM Financial Services and five years at HSBC as a Senior Vice President in their Auto Financing division — Jeff is a future-focused leader who fosters a results-driven environment. By putting customers needs and experiences first, he ensures a competitive market advantage for the company and stakeholders while delivering reliable, best-in-class technology and customer service.
Laurel Garven
Vice-President, Corporate Development and Business Strategy
Laurel Garven is ISC’s Vice-President, Corporate Development and Business Strategy. She is responsible for leading the Company’s strategy for mergers and acquisitions, the development of existing and future lines of business and corporate planning. Ms. Garven joined the Company in 2013 as Director, Strategy and Stakeholder Relations, a role which included leading the transition and integration of ISC’s Irish subsidiary, ERS. Prior to joining ISC, Ms. Garven worked for the Government of Saskatchewan's Information Technology Office and as a business consultant at McNair Business Development. Ms. Garven is active in the community, serving as Chair of the Ranch Ehrlo Society Board of Directors, and as a member of the Luther College Board of Regents and the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame Board of Directors. She also serves as Regional Co-Chair for the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference, and is a 2015 Conference alumnus. Ms. Garven received her Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina. She also holds a Professional Director certification.
Ryan Graham
Vice-President, Corporate Services
Ryan Graham was appointed Vice-President, Corporate Services at ISC in January 2025. He is responsible for the leadership and strategic oversight of ISC’s corporate services, including Technology Solutions — which encompasses Architecture, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity functions, the Enterprise Project Management Office, as well as Legal Services, Enterprise Risk & Compliance, Information and Records Management and ISC’s technology delivery subsidiary, Enterprise Registry Solutions Ltd.
Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams, fostering technology partnerships and managing complex financial and treasury strategies having previously been with Concentra Bank as Chief Banking Officer and Avana (a real estate developer) as Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to his experience and accolades, Ryan has a vested interest in supporting community and sporting volunteering initiatives, and growing governance contributions through his ICD.D designation through the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Kathy Hillman-Weir
K.C., J.D., ICD.D
EVP Corporate Governance and Registry Excellence
Kathy Hillman-Weir is a senior executive leader with responsibility for leading the Company’s corporate governance and registry excellence functions. She is also the Company’s Corporate Secretary.
Ms. Hillman-Weir has been with ISC since its creation in January 2000 and a key leader in the evolution of the company and its business. She initially joined ISC as Master of Titles under the former Land Titles system and then became Registrar of Titles and Director of the new Land Registry.
Prior to joining ISC, Ms. Hillman-Weir held positions in the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice as Master of Titles, Legislative Crown Counsel, and Executive Assistant to the Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General.
Ms. Hillman-Weir holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan following undergraduate studies in the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Regina.
In February 2016, Ms. Hillman-Weir was recognized with the honorary King’s Counsel (K.C.) designation. K.C. appointments are given to lawyers who demonstrate professional integrity, good character, and excellence in the practice of law. Ms. Hillman-Weir is also active in the community, supporting the arts and serving as a volunteer board member and chair. In 2013, she was the recipient of the YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Leadership and Management.
Catherine McLean
Vice-President, People and Culture
Catherine McLean is the Vice-President, People & Culture. She is accountable for the design, development and execution of the company’s overall People Strategy, which ensures ISC has the policies, systems and programs to attract, engage and retain a high-performing workforce. She is focused on fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion and excellence to deliver on our business strategy. In 2022, accountability for internal communications across the organization was added to her portfolio. Ms. McLean joined ISC in 2014 as the Director, Human Resources where she led all human resources functions within the organization. Prior to that, Ms. McLean held senior leadership roles with Mosaic and Viterra spanning a 20-year career in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and has held the CPHR designation since 2002.
