          ISC is the Government of Saskatchewan’s exclusive provider of land, corporate, personal property and survey registries. Originally a government entity, ISC transitioned from a Crown corporation to a successful public company, uniquely blending public trust with private-sector efficiency.  

          ISC delivers end-to-end registry management — from customer service to system modernization — while aligning closely with government policy and goals. Our proven track record includes exceeding performance standards, launching digital-first solutions, and driving high customer satisfaction.  

          With unmatched registry expertise, deep government understanding, and proprietary technology, ISC is a proven, long-term partner in delivering secure, efficient and citizen-focused registry services at scale. 

          Reamined Systems Inc.

          ISC's wholly owned subsidiary, Reamined Systems Inc., is a recognized leader in property tax mitigation support for municipal property tax administrators. Our property tax experts contribute a wealth of knowledge and have a highly regarded track-record in delivering property tax systems that work.

          Reamined operates the Online Property Tax Analysis (OPTA) System on behalf of the Government of Ontario as a comprehensive, centralized budgetary planning tool and property tax accounting system for Ontario municipalities, the unincorporated territories and government ministries.  

          Property tax services are a natural extension of ISC’s Registry Operations, and expands our role as a trusted service provider in all jurisdictions.  

          Bank Act Security Registry

          Through a five-year partnership with the Bank of Canada, ISC modernized the Bank Act Security Registry (BASR), introducing the registry’s first 24/7 self-service portal. Now, users are able to access real-time search and submission capabilities, offering an enhanced, streamlined customer experience.

          ISC’s role as both registry operator and technology provider highlights the strength of our integrated service model, drawing on decades of experience in complex registry delivery. Our growing presence in national registry operations and technology solutions combines online convenience with continued offline and in-person services.

          Rolling Stock Registry by Regulis S.A.

          Based in Luxembourg, Regulis S.A. (Regulis) became part of the ISC group of companies when it was acquired in December 2022. Regulis holds the exclusive right to manage and operate the International Registry of Interests in Rolling Stock (Rolling Stock Registry). ISC’s experience in collateral registries, as both an operator and technology solutions provider, is a solid base of success for Regulis as it establishes the Rolling Stock Registry.
