ISC will continue to manage and operate Ontario’s Online Property Tax Analysis (OPTA) system under a renewed agreement with the Ministry of Finance. The early renewal ensures uninterrupted service and long-term stability for municipalities that rely on the OPTA system for property tax planning and administration.
The OPTA system, developed by and operated by ISC and our subsidiary, is a centralized tool that supports more than 440 municipalities across Ontario. From budget forecasting to tax rate calculations, it plays a critical role in helping local governments deliver accurate, efficient property tax services to their communities.
With a strong track record in government Registry Operations, ISC remains committed to supporting the integrity and performance of Ontario’s property tax system — now through to 2028, with option to renew.
