          ISC Named to 2025 Women Lead Here Benchmark for Sixth Straight Year

          ISC is proud to share that it has been included in the Globe and Mail’s 2025 Women Lead Here ranking for the sixth consecutive year. This benchmark celebrates Canadian companies making meaningful progress in advancing gender diversity at the executive level.  

          Throughout 2024, 44 per cent of ISC’s executive leadership team identified as women, reflecting the Company’s commitment to cultivating a workplace that values experience, talent and inclusive leadership. 

          Women Lead Here evaluates companies based on executive composition, corporate performance and measurable year-over-year progress. For 2025, a total of 98 Canadian organizations earned the designation.
