Using Registration Date & Time Feature

To search an Inactive title that contains Owners and Interests details, perform a search based on a "snapshot in time" before the title was transferred. A search can be performed by selecting the Select Date radio button and inputting the Registration Date and Time information.

Due to system processing times related to packet registrations it is recommended that the user add about 10 minutes to the stated Registration Time in order to capture the interest information. System processing times may vary depending on packet size and overall system traffic, so processing times can range anywhere from 10 seconds to 2 days. Less than ten minutes is the standard. If the user is unable to retrieve this information (e.g., a "no records found" message) simply add additional time to the Select Date until results are retrieved.

For Title Flips, the owner name(s) and Title Number(s) can be found on the History Screens. Searching for interest details of the middle Title(s) is nearly impossible. Using the Audit screens will help determine the exact millisecond that the title flipped. Using that information, the search result, with interest details, should be obtained.

Search by Title using the Registration Date and Time as the Select Date

  1. Sign-in using your ISC Online Services account. If you do not have one yet - get one here
  2. Once signed in, select Search from the left hand menu.
  3. Select Title Number from the Search By dropdown list.
  4. Select the "Select Date" radio button.
  5. Use the Registration Date and Time from the audit information the user obtained. Add approximately 10 minutes to the time to account for system processing time. Example:
    • Audit Date and Time = 12 Oct 12:44:23:013
    • Use = 12 Oct 12:54:23:013
  6. Enter the Title Number you wish to search and select Select
  7. The Parcel Detail window displays.
    • The Parcel Detail displays with the Title already open.
    • The Owners and Interest details are now available.

NOTE: Do not refresh the screen at during a search session. If you use your web browser's Refresh button, it may reapply whatever search query was last run to retrieve the currently displayed search results. This re-application of the search query will result in an additional charge for that query, even though the results are the same as previously displayed. If the user wants to look at a file again, they must save the file to their hard drive, or print the screen.
