Bar Code - An electronic symbol used as a method of identifying and tracking a document.  It contains a number readable in electronic format. 

Base Mines - Lower in the natural scale of mines and minerals; as opposed to "royal" mines and minerals, those not reserved to the Crown but capable of private ownership and transfer. 

Benefiting Party - A party who receives a benefit as a result of a postponement. 

Builder’s Lien - An interest registered in the system, made by a contractor or sub contractor or wage earner, who has not been paid for goods or services provided for improvements on the lands against which the lien is being registered.
